SkincareNZ.com are online retailers of Natural Skincare and beauty products from New Zealand. Located in Nelson, New Zealand, which is at the top of the south island of New Zealand. It is also one of the sunniest places in New Zealand.

We are always striving to find the best skincare and beauty products to bring to you, our customers.

We believe we stand apart from other stores in that we work hard at finding the best products at the best possible prices.

Returns & Replacements

We want to to be happy with your purchases from SkincareNZ. However if you are not entirley satisfied with the purchases you make, we can offer you a full refund or of course a replacement item, whichever you prefer. Just return the item to us within 30 days of whe nyou recived it.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged the refund will NOT include shipping costs. The items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear or use and the refund will only be processed once the item has been checked by SkincareNZ.com.

Returning an Item

If you do wish to return an item please follow these instructions:

  • If you believe there has been an error in the processing of your order just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we can instruct you how to proceed.
  • If you recieve any items which is damaged or defective please report it to us within 30 days of recieving itcan be returned or exchanged at no cost to you, our customer. If you have recieved and damaged goods please let us know via telephone, fax or email, all of which can be found on our Contact SkincareNZ page.
  • If you have recieved you order and are not entirley satisfied with it, you may return it to us for a refund minus shipping charegs. If you recieved free shipping on your order, the actual shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
  • Before returning an item to SkincareNZ.com please be sure to contact us beforehand. The best way to do this is via phone, fax or email, explain the situation to us and we will give you further instructions. Contact details can be found on the Contact SkincareNZ page.
  • All items which are returned must be in an unopened and original state.
  • When returning items to us please ensure you have either tracking or insurance on the return as SkincareNZ.com cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items which are in transit back to us.
  • If an items is returned beacause of a defect, damage or it is the incorrect products - shipping costs will be refunded.

Ordering Online

Browse the site and Add Items to the cart

When you browse through our online store at SkincareNZ.com you will find many skincare and beauty products for sale. While browsing you can click on either the Details Button "Details" or Add to cart button "Add to Cart" buttons.

Clicking on the Details Button "Details" Button will bring you to the product detail page. This will allow you to find out more information about the selected product.

Clicking on the Add to cart button "Add to Cart" button will add the item to your shopping cart. If the product has no options, such as size or frangrance, it will be added to the cart, if however it does feature options you will be first directed to the product information page so you can select which options you desire.

In the product detail page for a product you will be given a larger photo of the products and more detailed information regarding the product itself. If after view the extra information you want to order the item, on the right hand side of the screen you will see a box called "Ready To Order?". This box is where options, if any, for the product can be selected and also the quantity you require and a Add to cart button "Add to Cart" button.

Once you add the item to your cart it will be stored there while you continue to browse the store or are ready to make your purchase.

Inside the Shopping Cart

When you have completed browsing the store and adding products to your shopping cart, just click on the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of every page, ot the "Your Cart Has" link. Both of these links will direct you to the shopping cart.

Inside the shopping cart you will be able to carry out several tasks.

  • You will be able to alter the quantity of items you wish to purchase, this is done by changing the number in the QTY box and then clicking the Update Button "Update" button.
  • If you wish to Remove items from your Shopping cart, click on the Delete Button "Delete" button. Note: This will remove the item from the cart not just one, if you just wish to reduce the quantity, please use the qty box above.
  • You might wonder about the Discount Code box, it is only used when you have been given a Discount Code, either from SkincareNZ.com or one that has been featured as part of a SkincareNZ promotion. If you do have a Discount Code please enter it into the box provided and click on the Update Button "Update" button to apply the discount.
  • If you wish to get an estime of shipping before proceeing use the Shipping Estimate Shipping Estimate button, this will allow you to estimate shipping costs before proceeding to your checkout. More information about the shipping estimate feature can be found here.
  • The Update Button "Update" button will update any changes you have made in the shopping cart.
  • The Save Button "Save" button will save your order so you can make your purchase in the future.
  • Click the Continue Shopping "Continue Shopping" button will bring you back to the store so you can continue to browse and purchase items.
  • The Checkout "Checkout" button will take you to the checkout process where you can give you details and make payment for the items in your cart.

While in the Shopping Cart area you can add Gift Wrapping to you order. In the Gift Wrapping Service box, just type the message you want to appear on the card and then click the Add to cart button "Add to Cart" button and gift wrapping will be added to your order.

If you want Gift Wrapping please add it to your cart before clicking on the Checkout "Checkout" button.

The Checkout Process

Once you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, click on the Checkout "Checkout" button in the shopping cart or click on the "Checkout" link on the top menu of the store.

You will be brought to a login page. If you are a New customer, those who have not purchased from us before, you should click on the "New Customers Click Here" button.

If you are a returning customers, if you have purchase from us before, you should enter their username and password in the boxes provided in order to login Note: If you have forgotten your password you should click on Forgot your Password? and enter your email address in the box provided and we will send the password to your email address.

New Customers

If you clicked the New Customer button, you will be brought to Step 1 of a 4 Step process.

Step 1.

Please enter all you personal details here.

This page is self explanitory. The Password box is any password you choose, this password will allow you to logon to Skincarenz in the future and you will not have to enter your personal information again.

Fill in your Billing Address details.

Please only fill out the Shipping Address details if you are sending the order to somewhere other than your billing address.

The Payment box has a choice of Mail-in, Fax-In or Credit Card, please select your prefered method.

Step 2.

On Step 2 you get to select you Shipping Method and also input your Credit Card details if you are intending to pay by credit card.

Please select one of the Shipping Methods by putting a tick in the circle beside your chosen method.

If you are intending to pay be credit card you will be greeted by a Payment Detail section, this section will not appear if you are paying by fax or mail.

Please enter the appropriate information in the boxes provided.

Plesae enter any comment you may have in the box provided for Additional Comments.

Step 3.

Verify Order Page, on this page you just need to review your order and make sure everything is correct, once you are sure everything is correct please click the "Submit Order" button. Once you click the "Submit Order" you order will be processed.

Step 4.

Step 4 is just a thank you page for your order, it also gives you all the details required to make payment by Mail or Fax, if that is what you had selected. Your order will now be processed.

Returning Customers

Checks (we do not accept Euro cheques): Please be sure to write your order number on the check. Orders will not be processed until the check clears with our bank.

International Money orders (It must be an international money order in U.S. dollars):

Taxes and customs duties

These charges are separate from SkincareNZ.com's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Customs sticker

SkincareNZ.com is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-New Zealand shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.

GST

A Goods Service Tax (GST) is applied to items shipped to a New Zealand destination, as shown on product place your order.
